Come see Brent Tebbe in his conducting debut! All the kids have worked hard to get ready for this concert. Come see all the hard work. (and bring money, apparently we charge $3 donation admission or something like that)

Clarinet Recital

My Friends and Family,

The time has finally arrived for me to present my Graduate Clarinet Recital at SIUE. This will be the culmination of seven years of study and my last performance requirement before graduation.

Time: 7:30 – 9:00 PM

Date: November 7, 2008 (Friday)

Location: Abbott Auditorium (in the basement of Lovejoy Library). Here’s the link to a map of the campus http://www.siue.edu/maps/

Parking: Either the Visitor Lot or Lot E are most convenient (no charge on Saturday evenings)

I sincerely hope you’ll be able to join us for this evening, light refreshments will be served afterwards.

Events - September 20

If you're looking for something to do this Saturday, why not go check out the first annual Tiger Ambush Classic marching competition at Edwardsville High School. Several area bands will be performing including Highland HS, Triad HS, and Wesclin HS. Congratulations to all members of the Highland Municipal Band on a successful season. I hope you enjoyed the friendship and music making we shared throughout the summer. Any feedback you can provide on programming, events, recommendations, or anything else would be greatly appreciated!

Area music teachers are reminded to send me information regarding concerts in your schools and I will post them on this blog. Others are encouraged to check it out from time to time if you're interested in perhaps attending a school concert.
