How about La Gazza Ladra (Rossini). It would be a good major work to do if you can find the music. I played it in high school in 1965. Are we going to have last year's oboe player back? There's a pretty good one playing in Kaskaskia College's band right now. She's teaching in Centralia, but I don't know her plans for the summer. Should I ask her if she's interested?
